Fixed … !Important in IE7
Whoo Hooo! All, or at least many, of my greatest nightmares about IE7 have just been rendered moot!!
As you know, I use !important more than I probably should to feed values just to IE. I have been freaking out worried about what would happen if IE7 fixed the bugs that created the need to feed alternate values to IE but did not fix the way it handles the !important declaration. That would have been a nightmare indeed.
Fortunately for me (and for many others) it looks like this won’t be a problem. This is so awesome – read all about it!

These stupid A holes. Why can’t they just leave it broken. Now not only does ie 7 still render things differently than firefox but it also reads the !important instead of just ignoring it. Now I’ve got my work cut out for me.
