I created a resume post that mimicked my website, so that when folks clicked on any link in the Craigslist add it would actually take them to the appropriate page on my site. I posted in four cities at a time - my home city and three others (since four is the max resumes you can have posted) - every week. I also looked in the "gigs" section of Craigslist. That's how I got started. (Craigslist also landed me my husband ... so I have a lot of love for it.) ;~) Sarah – I started out by advertising in Craigslist.
